Q - What are the benefits of yoga?
A - With regular yoga practice you will develop a strong, toned body, as you learn to relax and focus your mind. Great fitness and stress relief all in one!

Q - Do I have to bring my own yoga mat?
A - Preferably. We have spare mats available upon request, however it is recommended that you bring your own. All yoga props such as blocks, bolsters, and straps are provided.

Q - What do I wear?
A - Yoga is practiced in bare feet and comfortable clothing that you can easily move in.

Q - What else to bring?
A - To stay hydrated, we recommend you bring a water bottle. If you prefer to use a towel during practice, please bring one with you.

Q - Do I need to pre-register for class?
A - No. However pre-registering guarantees you a spot in the class. We offer specials for registered classes, and practice passes. Drop-ins are available for all classes.
